Vortical AI Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates vortical.ai. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it, and how you can control it.
You provide your name, email and message when you tick the checkbox and hit “Send Message" (your consent).
We use third‑party hosting providers and do not retain or access server logs, IP addresses or user‑agent data ourselves. We also don’t set analytics or marketing cookies—only essential tech cookies (and there aren’t any). No cookie banners are shown because we don’t use any non‑essential cookies.
Business inquiry submissions:
We don’t share your data with marketing or analytics platforms. We only disclose it if required by law or a valid court order.
We retain business inquiry submissions as long as needed to respond to your request—but in any case for no more than 12 months. After that, they’re deleted.
We review and update this Privacy Policy every 12 months or whenever regulations change. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top will change—always check it before sharing new info with us.
You may withdraw consent, object to processing, access, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe from any communications.
